MDP Runs Half Marathon to Raise Money and Save Lives

Did you know that 1.1 billion people on the planet do NOT have access to clean drinking water? Did you know that every 15 seconds a child dies because of a water related disease? Did you know that you could be a part of the solution?

On May 2nd, 2009, Minor Details Productions sent out our very own Ann Marie Bedtke to run a half marathon to raise money and save lives of people who do not have the clean drinking water choice that we do. Generosity Water is a non-profit organization committed to ending the clean water crisis, especially in areas impacted by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. 100% of Generosity Water proceeds go to fund organizations bringing solutions to end the clean water crisis. The race that Ann Marie ran raised enough money to build ten wells, which will impact approximately 5,000 lives. Generosity Water is available for purchase. The cost of each bottle of water is $2.00.
